The Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM)
today declared a cash dividend of 13 cents per share on the Company’s
stock payable June 5, 2008, to Shareholders of record May 15, 2008.
This is ADM’s 306th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 76 years
of uninterrupted dividends. As of March 31, 2008, there were 643,960,271
shares of ADM stock outstanding.
