The Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM)
today declared a cash dividend of 13 cents per share on the Company’s
stock payable September 11, 2008, to Shareholders of record August 21,
2008.
This is ADM’s 307th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 76 years
of uninterrupted dividends. As of June 30, 2008, there were 644,173,624
shares of ADM stock outstanding.
