CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) today announced the pricing
of its offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.50% notes
due 2026 (the “notes”). The notes will be issued at a public offering
price of 2.533%.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the
notes for general corporate purposes, including to repay a portion of
outstanding commercial paper indebtedness. The offering is expected to
close on August 11, 2016.
The joint book-running managers for the offering are BNP Paribas
Securities Corp., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities
Inc. and MUFG Securities Americas Inc. The co-managers for the offering
are Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan
