CHICAGO, June 18, 2020—We have recently learned that criminals have falsely represented themselves as officers of ADM and have illegally used the logo and name of ADM in connection with bogus recruitment schemes which seek to defraud, mislead and steal money from unwary individuals who are searching for jobs.
These criminals typically ask potential victims to send their IDs as well as other documents (titles, diplomas, etc.) to fake email accounts using fraudulent domains such as @adm.net.co or @adms.com.co, while stating that an individual will represent ADM during the recruitment process. Subsequently, we understand the criminals request victims to transfer funds in order to pay for alleged immigration procedures, document review and/or English proficiency tests.
ADM categorically states that it has nothing to do with this fraudulent recruitment scheme, and we do not have a relationship of any kind with these individuals. We will never request money transfers and/or cash in connection with personnel recruitment.
We call on the community not to get involved with this type of scam. We strongly recommend that all individuals who have been victims of this scam file corresponding claims with their local law enforcement authorities.

Hemos detectado que personas inescrupulosas están suplantando la identidad de algunos de nuestros directores y están utilizando ilegalmente nuestro logo y nombre comercial en relación con procesos de selección falsos que tienen como único propósito defraudar, inducir al error, y despojar el dinero de personas incautas que están buscando trabajo.
Los criminales solicitan a las posibles víctimas enviar sus documentos de identidad y otros documentos (títulos, diplomas, etc.) a direcciones de correo electrónico falsas que utilizan dominios fraudulentos tales como @adm.net.co o @adms.com.co, y suministran los nombres de los supuestos representantes de ADM en dichos procesos de selección. Posteriormente, entendemos los delincuentes solicitan a las víctimas depositar dinero para supuestos trámites migratorios, revisión de documentos y/o exámenes de idiomas.
ADM se deslinda total y categóricamente de estos procesos de selección e informa que no tiene ninguna relación con los individuos nombrados como sus supuestos representantes. ADM nunca solicitará transferencias de dinero y/o dinero en efectivo en relación con ningún proceso de selección.
Hacemos un llamado a la comunidad para que no se deje engañar con este tipo de estafas. Recomendamos energéticamente a quienes hayan sido víctimas de estas prácticas delictivas hacerlas del conocimiento de las autoridades judiciales competentes.
